Hemanshu Patel, M.D. is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and Chief Medical Officer of CareMD. For more than a decade, he has proudly served the High Desert community with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. Dr. Patel is known for his clinical excellence, leadership, and dedication to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families through preventive care, chronic disease management, and personalized treatment plans.

A five-time Best of the Desert – General Practice Physician award recipient (2018–2022), Dr. Patel has earned the trust and respect of both his patients and peers. During his residency, he served as Chief Resident and graduated as one of the most highly recognized physicians in his program, receiving numerous awards for clinical excellence, leadership, and service. Today, Dr. Patel continues to lead innovation and quality improvement initiatives while providing comprehensive primary care as an exclusive Primary Care Physician with Choice Medical Group and Choice Physicians Network.
