Sourav Das, M.D. is double board certified in Family Medicine and Primary Care Sports Medicine. Since 2016, he has proudly served the High Desert community by providing comprehensive primary care while specializing in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Das is committed to helping patients of all ages achieve their best health through compassionate, evidence-based care, preventive medicine, and personalized treatment plans.

In addition to caring for families throughout the High Desert, Dr. Das has served as a team physician for elite athletes, including the Baltimore Ravens (NFL), Baltimore Orioles (MLB), and USA Boxing at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center. From sports injuries and performance optimization to injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness, he brings the same high level of expertise and individualized attention to every patient—whether they are competitive athletes, weekend warriors, or simply striving to live a healthier, more active lifestyle.
